Why Hagel and defeatist Republicans need to hear from you.

I had such a difficult time watching the SoTU Address because I was riveted by Nancy Pelosi's tooth sucking, lip licking, and rapid eye blinking.
However, I noticed that she refused to stand up when the word "victory" was associated with the final outcome in Iraq.
As the wife of a servicemember who has deployed twice already in the GWoT, I DAMN well noticed. Hmph.
I took the pledge and e-mailed strongly those GOP Senators who are supporting this defeatest resoulution! Thanks for the link.

I agree with airforce wife. I found Pelosi's facial expressions highly annoying, but even more annoying was her and her "flock" not clapping or standing up at certain times which was very telling. They aren't for America; they're against it!
It's just that simple. :(

afw and Gayle...somehow, I just quit paying attention to Pelosi. The Democratic leadership may not be aligned to our enemies...but is there any question that our enemies aren't cheering on the Democratic leadership?
The nonbinding resolution and the statement by Hagel...I'm sure al Qaeda in Iraq is drawing great comfort and hope from that rhetoric.

When I dropped by earlier, I had not had time to read all the links. I've since done that and the collection of material that you have made accessible is superb.
I had already sworn off blind party support (post Nov 06) and any monitary support will be scrutinized very thoroughly.
Keep up the great work. I seem to be stuck in visceral posts lately and some commenters tend to get to me. It's good to read this post to help realign perspective.
