This is how I memorized the Preamble! I bought the DVD because there is no better way to get kids to remember something than to put it to music.
I would think that a law requiring school buses to stop at RR crossings would be a state issue, not a federal issue wouldn't it?

Nope Mark, since CDL (DOT) licensing and Railroads (FRA) are both under Federal juridictions it is a Federal issue. Grade crossings even have their own chapter in the CFR (Code of Federal Regulations)
