Lt. Michael Murphy Honored
President Bush presents the Medal fo Honor to Daniel and Maureen Murphy, parents of the late Lt. Michael Murphy, at a White House ceremony. The nation's highest military honor for valor was awarded posthumously to Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y.- the first given for combat in Afghanistan. We have so many honorable men like this who have sacrificed so much for us. It is too bad people like Pete Stark don't "get it".
