25th Anniversary of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial

A single rose is left standing against the Wall to honor a lost loved one. A formal rededication ceremony is scheduled for 1.p.m. Sunday, with former secretary of state and Vietnam veteran Colin L. Powell as the keynote speaker.
