The cartoon is funny.
Thanks for the mention, Word.
Vive - la - France. Does this mean we can eat french fries again ?
Glad this guy was elected! It is nice te hear someone finally say, " thank you, " to the US!
Great Post Word,
I am really beginning to like this guy alot.
The Liberals could learn a few things from him, while he is busy talking about how great America is, the Liberals are figureing out another way to say America has gone to pot.
I nearly spilled my chai tea as I was a laughing so hard after reading the first cartoon.
Your pal KKK Ken is already accusing Sarkozy of being a Mossad agent.
And I looked in at the Daily Kos today. They think "Sarky" is another neocon who has just given the green light for war with Iran.
Good thing I didn't put the photo of Sarkozy sitting next to Dick Cheney.
P.S. It was a great visit. It's always nice to have an old friend, who had been estranged for a long time come back and reignite the friendship with such kind words.
Think of it... All the major Western powers except Spain have pro-American, pro-Bush governments, mostly elected in the last 4 years since we invaded Iraq.
Tell the lefties to shove that fact up their a#@.
I never stopped eating French Fries. I just cooked them myself and called them "home fries." :)
It really is nice to hear someone thank the US for all we have done for them. Marie is right. The liberals could definitely learn a lot from him, but will they pay attention? Personally, I think they will... when pigs fly!
Nicholas Sarkozy is representative of the people I met when I was in France. They were down to earth hard working people that respect and revere freedom. I learned some French while I was there but forgot most over the years because I had no occasion to become interested in practicing speaking French. During those years that France was controlled by the socialists and became unfriendly to freedom and liberty I remembered all those hard working French men and women and wondered when they were going rise up again and say enough. Apparently it has happened with the election of Nicolas Sarkozy. Vive la France, long live freedom in France and the United States!!!
And we should do our best that we keep Sarkozy and France close, and enjoy the situation while it lasts.

Once again, France is saved from itself by a foreigner. Let's all hope Nick Sarkozy stays around for a long while. When he's gone, France will backslide as they always do.
