Empty Rhetoric from the Empty Suit

Question: "At what point does a baby get human rights, in your view?"

Senator "who would be president" Obama's answer: "Whether you are looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity is, you know, above my pay grade."

Paygrade of:

  • Supreme Court Justices: For Chief Justice, $217,400. For Associate Justices: $208,100.

  • U.S. President: $400,000

So if elected president, Barack Obama, as leader of the free world, can't make that judgment, because the decision is "beyond his paygrade"; yet 9 Justices who are paid half of what the President of the United States makes, are empowered to make that decision?

Sorry this is such a quick-job post; I took my computer in today, and am doing this by library and work computer. So gotta be quick.

Gosh, don't you understand? If you're the Obamessiah, you simply choose NOT to answer the question at all.

His supporters are saying that he meant it's a question for God to decide (funny, but I didn't think his Messiahship put him below the God paygrade).

Still, Warren's question included, "in your view," which takes the question out of the paygrade realm of "Where does life actually begin?" and just asks Obama what he thinks. Apparently, Obama just doesn't think.

The guy is out of his league.

Ya, but doesn't anybody say to him "What, you have NEVER THOUGHT OF THIS before so you can't come up with SOME answer?" What's up with that?
That's what makes me laugh....I'd have thought he'd given this quite some thought if he's so ready for the presidency??!

Yup....basically, he's had 47 years of life to resolve an answer to some of life's basic questions (though one could spot him a decade plus, for childhood years spent in ignorant bliss and frivolity). Even if there are no "simple, easy answers", at least answer the question like you're not just now pondering upon the significance of the issues.

Obviously, he doesn't have a moral compass to answer a direct question.

Speaking of things that are above Obama's pay grade, I believe POTUS definitely qualifies!
