You're right, the video is priceless! I must have somehow missed seeing that during her speech. Thanks for posting it, Wordsmith.

I also love the title of your post. :)

Of course there is only one Reagan; and I've often felt the yearning for another Reagan and the "deification" of the man has been a bit misguided and too romanticized.

But the freshness and energy Palin brings to the table....

I'm beginning to feel the kind of excitement and enthusiasm Obama supporters have been experiencing for the last year.

Word, she is the real deal. I have not seen this type of political toughness and honesty since Ronald Reagan.

I almost feel sorry for Biden in October at the debate......almost!

Sarah is outstanding. The media tried to destroy Sarah and her family and she showed them what she is made of. She showed her love of family and country and is so real, natural and articulate.
Great ticket for us now. Let's see some of the Congress and Senate who are running for re-election, or perhaps running for the first time to see exactly what it takes to be a republican and find their backbone or get out of the way for those who do. Maybe we can take back the House and Senate as well with Sarah showing great examples of just how you operate when your principles are intact no matter what

Sarah is a charismatic leader, but unlike Nobama, she also has a
substancial belief system similar to many real Americans and she has executive experience. What a package.

I must say Wordsmith, as torturous as it was for me to sit and listen to those speeches at the RNC, watching that priceless moment was worth it all. So very precious!

marty,

If for no other reason than that, I'm glad you sat through the RNC.

I admit I wanted to throw a shoe at the tv screen during the DNC. (~_^)
