Mr. Sowell is precisely correct. It is not UP to the Speaker Pelosi to determine what the course of our foreign policy shall be. That is set by the presidential administration in power. Were the shoe turned, I'm certain the Democrats would be so understanding of a GOP Speaker?

This ticked me off enough that I think I'm going to have to post on it for tomorrow.
Does thia moron ever read or even know about the Constitution or the Seperation of Powers ? Evidently not!
Her first line at being sworn in as speaker was "I'm the most powerful woman in the world!"
So, no, I doubt she recognizes the separation of powers.
