Apparently MoveOn.Org received a 61% discount on their NYTime add, sliming General Petraeus as " General Betray Us". Isn't it nice how they "support the troops"?

Why on earth would you advertise this? Do they honestly think that video makes them look good?

The article you linked to said they are using the same tactics that were used during Vietnam. Absolutely! Code Pink people were thrown out yelling and screeming, one even flailing at the officers, and they were told they would be prosecuted. I certainly hope they are! To act in such a disrespectful manner during a Congressional hearing is beyond belief, but since I saw it with my own eyes I believe it. Makes me wonder what their table manners are like and I also can't help wondering why some of them don't realize they look like fat chickens in those getups!
What is even sadder about these womyn...the've reproduced...I pity their offspring.
What is it about these circus freaks in Code Pink that gives them the right to disrupt MY RIGHT to be informed and hear the General's report?
And what bugs me is that Democrats control the Police Dept. on Capitol Hill. They could tell the Police to remove anyone who appears with protest wear.
Something tells me that these grannie goons will not be prosecuted. I'll believe it when I see it.
As for the Moveon.org ad. I have heard Democrats say they repudiate it. But have they returned the money Moveon sent them? HA!
Rush said today that the only way these Code Pink chicks could be allowed into the hearings is if some Democrat Congressmen gave them passes. I hadn't thought of that and especially after their disruptions yesterday it seems insane that they were allowed back in today.

Dee, I updated the post with a link to their blog (I haven't read the whole post). I don't think there's anything alarmist even if they got a ticket to jump to the head of the line to get in. It sounds like they had to stand in line like everyone else, as the post does whine about having to wait to get in. One of those arrested apparently was waiting for a couple of hours ("Minister" Yearwood). He and Sheehan sounds like they were stopped in the hallway from entering, for being loudmouths.
