California Wildfires? Bush's Fault! (Of course!)

So predictable! And Lt Governor John Garamendi says he will be polite. Someone needs to smack the sense into him. Why have we become such a culture of fingerpointing? We're so ready to push blame and sue somebody, rather than accept that in life, sometimes shit happens. You buckle up, and bunker down.

There is no National Guard shortage here.

Anyone who compares this to Katrina will find that there simply is no comparison! The media can go look for their tragedy circus elsewhere.

Next thing is, they'll be linking this back to global warming (which, of course, is also Bush's fault!).

Thank you Gubernator!!!

Thanks for the link, Wordsmith.

Yes, I saw that video clip on Fox News. I like the fact that Schwartzenegger put that reporter in her place. One thing that really stands out about libs, even above their insane hatred for President Bush, is their lack of class.

Well....sonuvagun....

Harry Reid:
As you know, one reason that we have the fires burning in Southern California is global warming. One reason the Colorado Basin is going dry is because of global warming.

Six questions later:

Six questions later, a reporter followed up on Reid's amazing statement.

Question: Senator, on the California fires, you said that the reason the fires are burning in California is global warming?

Reid: No. Here's what I - I didn't say the reason the fires were burning in Southern California was global warming...

Reid is almost starting to make me laugh.

Here's the sitrep:

1) It is late October in So Cal. so it's warm. Same thing every year.
2) Those of us that live here know that we are a desert, as such it is dry here.
3) In late October we, every year, get the same thing: Santa Ana's.
a) Santa Ana's cause it to get even hotter.
b) Santa Ana's cause the humidity to drop into single digits.
c) Santa Ana's can blow a fire from the mountains to the ocean really quick, been there, done that.

4) Santa Ana's do not start fires. Weather does not start fires. Arsonists, fallen power lines and illegals hunting game illegally, those things, they start fires, well lightening does occasionally.

The drive by the leftards to pin this one on anything right is actually sickening. I feel ill and it's more than my soot filled lungs and ash filled eyes that is causing it.

Arnold or Blanco - who is the real leader. Seeing the difference in the way the fires are handled and the way Blanco botched Katrina shows the difference between Democrat leadership, ( there is an oxy moron), and GOP leaderhip!

BTW Word, my toilet backed up this morning and I know it was Bush's fault. After all everything else iis! LOL

I'm so tired of hearing Liberals and their lackeys (the media) blame Bush for everything from the weather to hangnails. Kudos to AHnold for setting at least one of the moonbats straight.

Note: I've moved my blog from Tom's Common Sense to Tom's Fireside Chat. Please change your blogroll and visit sometime. Thanks!

Thank you for the link, Word. I loved when Arnold found his spine and quit giving in to the liberals out there. He put Shipman in her place.

I couldn't believe some of the junk I was hearing. Global warming, the Guard in Iraq, blah, blah, blah.

They just sound stupid. And they don't care. Boxer was the worst of all.
