Caption This

Jibachi senbei, or a digger wasp rice cracker, is held at a factory in Omachi town 200 km (124 miles) northwest of Tokyo September 4, 2007. A Japanese fan club for wasps has added the insects to rice crackers, saying the result adds a waspish scent to the treat.

2007/10/09 09:51 Gayle chose this week's "winning caption" as I had great difficulty in choosing. There were so many good ones. Gayle's award recipient: Nightcrawler:
Seeking new and healthier snacks for school children, the Washington, D.C. School Board has begun replacing the old, fattening chocolate-chip cookies with protein rich, honey flavored "Bee-Licious" cookies.

Despite the "buzz", sales of the new cookie have been sluggish.

Honorable mention goes to mormonbradybunchdad on the last minute caption surge: I betcha bears would like these cookies

Wordsmith: While most people don't want to admit it, there's a political dimension to nearly everything.

Democrats have seen to it that even going to the bathroom has a political dimension (two sheets of toilet paper to stave off global warming?)

You missed the deadline by about five minutes, and I was just about to update this post, using Gayle's suggestion.
