Good luck indeed.
Mr. Faisal says he will not even shake hands with Israel's PM, and to top it off the Saudi's just released 1,500 Al Qaeda from prison who say they won't do it again. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Sorry... this is all just so incredibly stupid.
Maybe the idea is to get them all in one place and BLOW THE CRAP OUT OF THEM!!!
One can only wish!
Well I have to give President Bush credit for trying at least.
If it wasn't so true it'd be funny.
That was exactly my reaction - a big sigh. I think it is all a silly waste of time. Israel is expected to make all the concessions, receive no respect from the Arabs, and not complain when ceasefires are broken on a daily basis. Blech.
Perhaps the only thing this conference can accomplish is to undermine Hamas's control in Gaza.
It surely escapes no one at the meeting that any peace with Israel is impossible as long as the Palestinian Civil War, a real "quagmire," continues.
Sorry, no new posts or visits. I had to take my modem in for a replacement.
Just now getting back on the comp.
sigh--good luck is right!!
I am bewildered at how anyone can think these will work.
