This is clearly another effort to politicize the Endangered Species Act and a transparent attempt to push for socialist inspired policies on global warming.

Hewitt, who is an attorney specializing in endangered species cases and related cases, clearly indicates that placing the PB on the ES list is only a MEANS to a greater stranglehold on our environment.

Well, the left never deals with facts because to them facts are irrevelant. There are more Polar Bears than ever before, but for some weird and incomprehensible reason they've been placed on the endagered species list. The ocean waters are cooler, which is not a sign of global warming, but global warming is championed by even John McCain.

What truly should be topping the endangered species list is people with common sense!
