Excellent cartoon. A great man who is finally being recognized for his greatness. As you said at my site, "may he rest in peace."
Great cartoon, may he rest in peace.
A good and honorable man...who played golf right up until he was 90!
Wonderful Tribute behind the cartoon Word.
More like his name was "Mud" wrather than "Dirt" after he pardoned Nixon, but I will alway's think it was the right thing to do!
I admire President's that dont care if they do the "Popular" thing but the "Right" thing, and dragging the Country through more crap after what the Country had already been through, and the tough decision he made was the "Right" thing.
Great Man, he will be missed.
Marie,
Glad you clicked on the picture's Easter egg:
Ford later told the Washington Post's Bob Woodward that the public reaction "didn't faze me one bit. If anything, it made me more stubborn (that) I was right." And he was right.
how nice Word..I love that tribute!!
May all of his tee shots go straight...
