I went and voted for Curt too.

That South Park video is hilarious. Talk about taking video games seriously. Sheesh! :)

lol....I coulda been one of these nerds...when I was 13 years old. In my day, I remember spending a ridiculous amount of time playing dungeons & dragons. Thank goodness there was no such game when I was growing up. We only had Atari and family Nintendo (Japanese version).

I've never even seen Playstation, let alone Playstation 3.

Check that off the to-do list. By the way, anyone notice the AP article (I think from today) "Iraqi Official Defends Security Efforts" at

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20061211/ap_on_re_mi_ea/iraq

had this passage:
"At 9:45 a.m., a roadside bomb exploded near Mustasiriyah University in east Baghdad, wounding seven civilians standing nearby, said police Lt. Ali Muhsin."
Wasn't he on "the list" of fake police?

The article also had this:
"Elsewhere in the capital, three mortar rounds killed four people and wounded 15, and gunmen stole $1 million from a bank truck and kidnapped its four guards, police said."
Is "police" Jamil Hussein's new name?

Just curious.

Well, here's a partial list, Steve:

police Lt. Ali Abbas; police Capt. Mohammed Abdel-Ghani; police Brigadier Sarhat Abdul-Qadir; Mosul police Director Gen. Wathiq al-Hamdani; police Lt. Bilal Ali; Ali al-Obaidi, a medic at Ramadi Hospital; police Maj. Firas Gaiti; police Captain Mohammed Ismail; Brig. Abdul-Karim Khalaf, the Interior Ministry spokesman (a.k.a. Police Brigadier Abd al-Karim Khalaf, Brig. Gen. Abdul-Karim Khalaf, Brig. Abdel-Karim Khalaf); Mohammed Khayon, a Baghdad police lieutenant; police spokesman Mohammed Kheyoun (a.k.a. Police Lieutenant Mohammed Khayoun); Lt. Thaer Mahmoud, head of a police section responsible for releasing daily death tolls; police Lt. Bilal Ali Majid; police Lt. Ali Muhsin; police 1st Lt. Mutaz Salahhidine (a.k.a. Lieutenant Mutaz Salaheddin); Col. Abbas Mohammed Salman; and policeman Haider Satar.

I've approached information overload on all the research Curt and some other bloggers have been doing on the AP and Jamil Hussein.

Shameless plug indeed lol. I voted.

If anyone had the chance to watch Hannity and Colmbs tonight, Hannity is in Iraq with SOD Rumsfeld for the last time, and Hannity get's it straight from the Troops mouth's themselves, the Troops told Hannity the news media is NOT portraying the situation on the ground as anything close to reality. And they have a job to do and if given enough time the Troops see a complete Victory in this. They were in Mozul.

Also some Troops went out for supplies and had the Iraqi Army guarding THEM as they went on thier mission, Troops said: "The Iraqi Army is a bit nervous, but they handle the job superbly"!

That's all I want to hear from is the Troops. No more of these damn report's.

If anyone can get a transcript of this let me know, my computer is wackin.

Marie,

I missed that; but caught the Ingraham interview yesterday morning.

Oh, that's too bad about the video! But seeing as how it's the entire ep, I'm hardly surprised. But I'm sure it's still on Youtube in several parts. It's the "Make Love, not Warcraft" episode, Mary.

A couple of blogs are starting to close in on Curt. So remember: vote every 24 hours!
