The False Derision that We Weren't Greeted as Liberators
“And so John likes — John, you like to pretend like the war started in 2007. You talk about the surge. The war started in 2003, and at the time when the war started, you said it was going to be quick and easy. You said we knew where the weapons of mass destruction were. You were wrong.
You said that we were going to be greeted as liberators. You were wrong.”-Barry, Presidential debate September 26, 2008, on the campus of the University of Mississippi.

Obama is a lying liar. Yeah, that's as mature as I get today about him.
They both are liars, lying liars, but here we are. I thought Obama did what he had to do: show up. If McCain falters in the slightest it is all over. And if Ms. Sarah is anything like she has been on Thursday, it will be pretty ugly. Lipstick or not.

Great post, Wordsmith. Comment is over at Flopping Aces.
When Nobama made that statement, my mind immediately flashed back to the images of Iraqi's celebrating in the streets, the statues of Hussein being pulled down, the children bringing flowers and adulation to the troops.
What war was Nobama watching?.
