I'm experiencing major computer crashes at the moment. So don't know how I will be this next week.

It took me 2 hours just to log on and do this much.

Happy MLK Day!

I'm having computer problems too, WS.

This NEW laptop is constantly locking up if it's idle for just a few minutes.

It's driving me nuts.

Over the weekend, I was tempted to dump it out the car window and into a roadside ditch. But I don't litter.

Damn my conscience!

Got the computer flu Word?

Hope you get up and running ASAP. I'd hate to think the moonbats would invade while you are down.

That pic makes me smile every time I see it. I'm glad it came in handy for you although I'm sorry you are having computer problems.

Hang in there,
Dee

I've often felt the way that pic describes, but lately I've been having no problems, knock on wood! I hope you get everything back in order because you're going to be missed until you do. Two hours just to log on and post a comment is ridiculous and you must be about ready to rip your hair out; I know I would be.

Let us know when your pc has recovered!

Well...I didn't take my computer in. It still has problems, where it will shut down for no apparent reason; right now, it's behaving itself, more or less. At least I'm on here, right now.

Problem hasn't been fixed, though. I can just see myself creating a long post without hitting save, and losing it all.

I'm sure you have done all the usual diagnostic stuff... Is it working better?

Not sure, Mike. It's like a HAL 9000...it's got a mind all its own.

I was having that trouble, and then I opened the door that my computer tower was behind in my computer desk. I surmised it was overheating in the cabinet it was in and shutting down to keep it from burning up. I don't know. You are much more computer savvy than I.
